RETURN POLICY

Full Price Orders - We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s)  for a full refund of the item's value within 7 days of receipt. 

Sale - We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sales or promotion, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition. Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange, refund or credit note.

Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments and accessories. The garments and accessories in our shoppe all come with their own unique, special history. All items hand-picked and reworked by Mademoiselle Vintage are carefully inspected and are high quality pieces that have stood the test of time.

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order or if it is refused by the intended receiver, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.

Please note that Mademoiselle Vintage is not responsible for improper clothing, shoe, and accessory care.
