Return Policy

Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition. Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for a return, exchange, refund or credit note. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you have received a faulty product simply return your item(s)  for a full refund of the item's value within 7 days of receipt. If the product you received is in good condition we can offer you a store credit as a form of refund and accept exchanges.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Mademoiselle Vintage takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Mademoiselle Vintage.

Once your return has been processed, will provide you with the full address as we allocate your returns authorization number. 

Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each garment and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments and accessories. The garments and accessories in our shoppe all come with their own unique, special history. All items hand-picked and reworked by Mademoiselle Vintage are carefully inspected and are high quality pieces that have stood the test of time.

Please note that if you do request a cancellation for your order or if it is refused by the intended receiver, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the refund.

Please note that Mademoiselle Vintage is not responsible for improper clothing, shoe, and accessory care.
